There is just something so cute about Peeps, don't you think?? And right now, everywhere I look, there they are beckoning to me from their perch on the shelves.

Now, mind ya, I don't like to eat Peeps, but I do love to look at them and display them this time of year. Is that strange??

In 1953, it took 27 hours to create the first Peep. Today it takes six. And each year, manufacturer Just Born produces enough Peeps to circle the earth twice.{According to here}
